The challenge

CloudScale needed a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform that could serve hundreds of business clients simultaneously, with isolated data, role-based access control, and custom white-labeling per client — all from a single codebase.

What we built

Designed a multi-tenant architecture using PHP/Laravel with MySQL database-per-tenant isolation strategy. Built a white-label theming engine, granular RBAC system, Stripe billing integration, and a real-time analytics dashboard using Vue.js and Chart.js.
